11. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Xpandaz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
22. Service Description
Xpandaz provides the following services:
- Educational content and resources for creative professionals
- Digital products including templates, presets, plugins, and workflows
- Credit-based system for accessing premium resources
- Pro subscription plans with enhanced benefits
33. User Account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One person may only maintain one account per email address
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
44. Payment and Billing
Credits
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Unused monthly credits from Pro subscriptions do not roll over to the next month
Subscriptions
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly on a recurring basis
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- No refunds for partial months or years after cancellation
55. Intellectual Property
- All content and resources on Xpandaz are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
- Purchased resources may be used in personal and commercial projects
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of downloaded resources is strictly prohibited
- Violation of these terms may result in legal action and account termination
66. Prohibited Behavior
- Using automated systems or bots to access the service
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior
- Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
77. Limitation of Liability
Xpandaz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
88. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notification.
99. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
